When will this event take place? VBS 2025 will be held June 9-13 , from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm , and on Saturday, June 14, at 10:00 am. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to complete registration at the check-in desk. 👉 Important: For safety reasons, children may only be picked up by the person who presents the exit card given at check-in. Where will it be held and how to get there? The event will be held at the Houston Northwest Spanish SDA Church , located at: 📍 11810 TC Jester Blvd, Houston, TX 77067 What ages can participate? Boys and girls between 4 and 11 years old . What is the cost of the event? Are materials and activities included? 🎉 Early Bird (April 25–May 17): $25. Includes activity materials, stickers, and snacks. (T-shirt not included.) ⏰ Regular Registration (May 18 - June 8): $35 Includes the same benefits. Spaces are limited, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible.

What kind of activities will the children do? Throughout the week, children will enjoy outdoor games , creative crafts , music , interactive drama , and practical values lessons in a fun and safe environment. Each day will be a new adventure designed especially for their age! Will there be food or snacks? What types of food will be offered? Yes, VBS will provide a light snack each day . We offer simple options like juice, cookies, or snacks, designed to give you a short break between activities. 👉 If your child has any food allergies, please notify us at the time of registration. Do you need to bring anything special? Yes, we recommend the following: • 👕 Fluorescent green T-shirt : You can purchase it at the store of your choice. • 💧 Water bottle marked with the child's name. • 👟 Comfortable clothing and sports shoes , as outdoor activities will be carried out. You don't need to bring a lunchbox, we'll take care of the snacks.

What safety measures do you implement to care for children? Children's safety is our top priority . We have a check-in and check-out system, where children will only be released to the person who presents the check-out card provided at check-in. In addition, responsible adults will always be present to accompany children in common areas and bathrooms , to assist them with any needs and ensure their well-being at all times. What if my child has allergies or special needs? We want all children to enjoy this experience safely. If your child has allergies or specific needs , please clearly state this at the time of registration. Our team will take the necessary precautions and be informed to provide appropriate care. Who will be in charge of caring for and guiding the children? All of our volunteers have passed a criminal background check and have been trained to work with children. They are committed, responsible, and passionate about providing a safe, respectful, and joyful environment.

Can I accompany my child or stay and observe? For safety reasons and to better monitor the groups, parents or guardians will not be allowed to remain during activities . Only authorized personnel and registered volunteers will have access to the children's areas. 👉 We know how important your child's safety is to you, so we guarantee they'll be in good hands throughout the event. Should I be concerned if we're not part of the church or don't share the same faith? Not at all! This event is open to all families , regardless of their religious beliefs or affiliations.
